Because our services involve time, labor, strategy, research, digital delivery, and custom work, refunds are handled according to the terms below.


2. Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payments are non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees
  • Strategy sessions
  • Completed work
  • Custom design work
  • Advertising management services
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • Appointment setting services
  • SEO services already performed
  • Digital marketing services already rendered

  • Advertising spend paid to external platforms

Once work has begun, payments made for services rendered are generally non-refundable.


3. Monthly Services and Retainers

For recurring or monthly services:

  • Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once work has started
  • Services already delivered or in progress remain billable

4. Client Delays or Non-Response

AllStreet LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Failure to provide required materials
  • Lack of communication
  • Delayed approvals
  • Incomplete information

Refunds will not be issued due to client-related delays.


5. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing and business growth services depend on many external factors beyond our control. Therefore, AllStreet LLC does not guarantee:

  • Specific sales numbers
  • Lead conversion rates
  • Revenue increases
  • Search engine rankings
  • Advertising performance
  • Return on investment (ROI)

Dissatisfaction with business results alone does not qualify for a refund.


6. Exceptional Refund Consideration

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Failure to deliver agreed services
  • Unauthorized transactions

Approval of any partial or full refund remains at the sole discretion of AllStreet LLC.


7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact AllStreet LLC before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service termination
  • Collection actions
  • Legal action where applicable

8. Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third-party providers including advertising platforms, software providers, hosting services, domain registrars, or external vendors are non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Hosting fees
  • Domain purchases
  • CRM subscriptions
  • Software licensing costs

9. Policy Updates

AllStreet LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
